Common topics

• Subscriptions and billing: once web payments launch, purchases made on the web will be managed from your account settings; when store apps launch, purchases made in a store app will be managed through that store's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Account access: if you cannot sign in, use the password reset on the sign-in page first, then contact us if it does not arrive.
• Content questions: LoreWind requires every user to be 18 or older. Future store apps will be non-explicit and will not expose, advertise, or link to NSFW-tagged content. Mature is a story rating and is separate from the NSFW tag. Content policies are described in our terms.
• Data: to request an export or deletion of your data, email us from the address on your account. See the privacy policy for what we store.
